I was there with my 8th graders from a Chicago area suburb. Our waitress was Bri F. She was absolutely fantastic! She made us feel like we were her only customers! The food and service was great! Food was hot and fresh! The Hard Rock staff was ready to receive 2 middle schools emwithin hours of each other. Enjoyed the live music. They covered quite a few genres respectfully. Kudos to the cooks and to Hard Rock thank you for hosting us!
The grilled salmon served over noodles was a flavorful and satisfying dish that stood out during my visit. Beyond the food, the atmosphere made the experience even better with its peaceful and comfortable setting. Unlike many restaurants in the Broadway area, this spot offers a quieter environment where you can actually enjoy your meal. A great option for anyone looking for quality dishes paired with a more relaxed dining experience.
Our group of 7 visited on 6/26. We did make a reservation, but still had to wait 10-20 mins to be seated. The place was packed. Our server Maura was phenomenal! She was very personable and funny. She asked where we were from. Even helped celebrate my daughter’s birthday with ice cream! I must say the best server during our entire stay in Nashville. Kudos Maura for making our visit enjoyable! Keep up the great work! (Or should I say Maryland!)
I visited Nashville, Tennessee for the first time and of course I had to stop at a Hard Rock Cafe. I was not disappointed! I got a Burbon apple mule and it was delicious. The wing appetizers were on point and a nice one to share. The atmosphere was nice and the waiter attentive making great drinks and food recommendations.
Really great staff! Friendly service and great food also love music was playing which was a bonus.
This was a very nice location and we enjoyed being able to go in and sit down right away. The food came out quickly and was delicious and our server, Maura, was very friendly and attentive!
Absolutely amazing! Friendly atmosphere and staff. Our server was helpful, and eager to assist us. The food was hot, fresh and we didn’t have a long wait to get our order. First time eating at Hard Rock Cafe and I’m glad we picked this location. The nachos never got soft even with all of the toppings and the chicken sandwich was juicy with crispy bacon.
Me and my middle school friends came here on a field trip for lunch on the way back to school a few days ago and had an absolutely skibbidy amazing time. This place is so sigma ! Me, Connor, and Ryan sat together in one booth while the rest of the group and teachers spread out at different tables. The waiter we had was absolutely amazing he was cute and attentive and super funny ! I was so Lucky our teachers sat at a table close to us so we could listen to them gossip and eavesdrop on the latest middle school drama. Me and my friends all got burgers and fries and some Mac n cheese and loved our meal it was amazing. Our bill was like 120$ but thankfully the school paid for it all. One of our teachers had special dietary requirements and she told the waiter she needs special accommodations so the chef came out of the kitchen and smashed 2 memorabilia cases with a hammer and got a jacket and a guitar out and tossed em on the grill and served her a grilled jacket and guitar. We r middle school boys of course we bullied our teacher for eating such a ridiculous thing. We will definitely be returning as this experience was one unlike any other we had. If you look below their is a picture of the guitar my teacher ate after it was grilled. What a fool she is.
We have visited multiple hard Rock cafes across the US and this one by far had the best food! The star of the show was definitely the brownie! Served with vanilla ice cream, with cream and a warm chocolate fudge brownie at the bottom with chocolate syrup! I had the bone-in wings, which were excellent! My daughter had the mac and cheese, which was less to be desired, but the loaded fries made up for it! The waitress was friendly and attentive! The only thing lacking was the appearance of the inside. For being on music row, I expected a lot more relics hanging on the walls for the customer's view. All and all it was a good experience!
Had a great experience at Hard Rock Cafe. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was fun and energetic, and the staff was friendly throughout the visit. Service was good overall, just a little slower at times during busy periods, but everyone was still very professional and helpful. Definitely a spot I would visit again when in the area.
